In Shower:
1. Shower for a
while to loosen up the scrotum.
2. Fill the Bathmate Hydromax with water from the shower. Hold the
release valve area while inverted,
to ensure water does not escape.
3. Place the penis inside the Bathmate Hydromax
and pull towards the body to
create a seal.
Re-pump if required.
4. After 15 minutes, press the release valve on
the tip to release.
5. When finished, simply use the release valve to
empty and remove the Bathmate HydroMax
The manufacturer recommend 15 minutes per session. Use the unit as
often as once a
day, but no less than three times a week for best results. |
In Bath:
1) Fill the bath
with warm to medium hot water.
2) Once you're in the bath, put the Bathmate HydroMax underwater until
it
completely fills with water, then while it's underwater put your penis
inside it.
3) Push the HydroMax down towards the pelvis base several times until
you've created a vacuum. You should start to feel the pressure building
up. Surplus water starts to be replaced through the pressure release
valve
at the top of the HydroMax. You may have to pump it down four of five
times until no more water comes out of the pressure release valve.
4) When you cannot pump any further**, just relax for five minutes.
(**This indicates that the HydroMax is at the optimum
vacuum.)
5) Then, every four or five minutes or so, try pumping down again. As
your penis expands this will force excess water through the top valve
every time you pump down. However, there will always be a point where
you
cannot pump further.
6) If you feel the pressure is too much, just lightly release the
pressure with the valve at the top. Then, after 15 minutes, release the
pressure by pressing the
pressure release at the top of the HydroMax and take the unit off.
Stand up so you can see the results right away -- you won't be
disappointed!

Using the HydroMax by
